CUT OUT & RECAULKING

We can cut out, clean and replace your old silicone in your wet areas, from bathrooms to kitchens & laundries. There are a few reasons why the silicone can come apart or mould:

• Poor quality products have been used.
  Silicone has been applied to a damp surface.
• Silicone has not been applied to minimum thickness standards.
• The mould has not been cleaned after removal of silicone.
  
  

We will make sure to use the best quality products so you don’t have to worry about the mould coming back, apply the silicone to a properly cleaned surface and to the correct thickness. One thing we make sure to do is to use the correct mould kill solution and allow appropriate drying time before adding new mould resistant silicone.
